Returns Policy
At Liliana, each garment is thoughtfully made to order in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our production process and for quality control reasons, we do not offer refunds.
Store Credit and Exchanges
We offer returns for store credit only on orders, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags are still attached
- The return request is submitted within 10 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
No returns or exchanges for custom orders and sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologise.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@liliana.co.za with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange for the garment to be replaced. If a replacement is not possible, store credit will be issued.
